These terms apply to everyone who uses Bet Kings. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What Bet Kings is

Bet Kings publishes statistical predictions for football matches: the chance of each outcome estimated by our models from past results. It helps you compare those chances with a bookmaker's odds. Bet Kings is not a bookmaker: we do not take bets, hold money for bets or pay winnings.

2. Predictions are chances, not promises

• Every prediction can be wrong. A 70% chance still fails three times in ten.
• Nothing on Bet Kings is financial or betting advice, or a guarantee of profit.
• Past results of our models do not promise future results.
• You alone decide whether to bet, with whom and how much, and you bear any losses.

3. Who may use it

• You must be 18 or older, and old enough to bet where you live.
• Betting or betting tips may be restricted or illegal in your country. Use Bet Kings only where it is legal for you.
• One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell or publish our predictions in bulk, or collect them with automated tools;
• share a paid plan's content with people who have not paid for it;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or use another person's account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans and payments

Bet Kings is free today. If paid plans are offered, their price, what they include and how to cancel will be shown before you pay, and those details become part of these terms.

6. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site running and the data correct, but we cannot promise either: sources can be late or wrong and the site can be unavailable. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from betting or from relying on the site.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time on the Account page; your data is deleted with it. We may close the service or an account with notice, or at once for serious breaches of these terms.

8. Changes and contact
