Betting should be a paid-for pastime, never a way to make money you need. Bet Kings is for adults only (18+).
What our numbers mean
- Every prediction is a chance, not a certainty. A 60% chance loses four times in ten.
- Bookmakers build a margin into their odds, so most bettors lose over time.
- Long accumulators with big odds pay well because they rarely win: odds of 80 win about once in 80 tries, and less once the bookmaker's margin is counted.
Keep it under control
- Set a monthly loss limit on your Account page: Bet Kings switches real bets off when it is reached.
- Practise with paper bets first; they cost nothing.
- Only bet money you can afford to lose, never money for rent, food or debts.
- Never chase losses by betting more to win them back.
- Take breaks, and do not bet when upset, tired or after drinking.
Signs it may be a problem
- Betting more than you planned, or more and more to feel the same excitement.
- Borrowing, or hiding your betting from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when you try to stop.
