This page explains what Bet Kings stores about you, why, and what you can do about it.

What we store

• Your email address and password. The password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form by our sign-in provider; nobody can read it.
• Your settings: monthly loss limit, usual stake and currency.
• The odds you enter and the bets you mark, with their results.
• When you confirmed you are 18 or older and accepted the terms.
• Technical records kept for a short time to run and protect the site (for example sign-in times and error logs).

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details.

Why

• To give you your account and show your own odds, bets and results.
• To protect the site and its users: checking that sign-ups come from people, not bots, and stopping abuse.
• To meet legal duties, such as keeping only adult users.

Who handles it for us

• Supabase — database and sign-in; data stored in the European Union (Paris).
• Vercel — hosting of the website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — the check that you are a person when you sign up or sign in.
• Sentry — reports of errors on the site, so we can fix them. They hold the page and the error, never your password, cookies, IP address or sign-in links.
• An email service — to send sign-up and password emails.

They act on our instructions only. We do not sell your data or show you third-party adverts.

How long

Your data stays until you delete your account; technical records are kept for a short time only.

Your choices

• Download everything we hold about you, or delete your account and its data at once, on the Account page.
• Change your settings at any time; ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Depending on where you live (for example in the EU), you may also have the right to object or to complain to your data-protection authority.

Cookies

• Cookies that keep you signed in, and one that remembers your sign-up email until you confirm it.
• One cookie that remembers your language (English or French), kept for a year.
• Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own cookie during its check that you are a person.
• Your slip and your view of the fixtures are kept on this device only (browser storage); they never reach us.

There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Bet Kings is for adults (18+). We delete accounts that we learn belong to anyone younger.
